The Inspection Process

So you’ve found the perfect home, you’ve made an offer that the seller has accepted and your nerves are at an all time high.  Maybe your buying and selling your home at the same time, even more stress inducing.  Now it’s time to make sure the home you intend to buy has a sound foundation, solid walls, safe electrical systems, reliable heating and air conditioning, and is overall sturdy and free from major defects.  Sound like a lot to think about?  It’s even more in depth than that!

 SiteCheck Home Inspections understands the ins and outs of the home buying process and we put great effort into making sure you are part of the home inspection from the very beginning to all the way to the report stage.  Join us as we walk through your future home and evaluate it’s systems from the roof to the basement walls.  Ask questions along the way, although you will receive a comprehensible inspection after the site evaluation is complete, we are more than happy to answer and questions along the way.  We’ll review the report with you on site immediately after the inspection is complete and have the finalized official report emailed over within 24 hours.  Again, should you have any questions while reviewing it, give us a call, we’re here to help.
